Home Printing

You can print the file yourself from your home printer. Print your file on (full sheet) 8.5" x 11" white card stock, brochure paper, sticker paper, or photo paper.

Copy/Print Shop

You can take the PDF file to your local copy/print shop and have them print it for you. Just put the file on a flash drive to take with you.

Inexpensive Paper Choices

Please see the individual instructions below to see which paper options are recommended for each item. Use the type of paper you prefer.

Most party printables will work with more than one type of paper. All paper needs to be full-sheet 8.5" x 11" in size.

  • 110 lb bright white cardstock
  • white brochure paper (24lb or 30lb)
  • white sticker paper (full-sheet labels with no pre-cut stickers) such as Avery #8165 (paid link)

Professional Paper Choices

If you prefer a more professional quality paper that prints vivid colors, upgrade to these paper choices. The paper needs to be 8.5" x 11" in size:

Avery Labels
Please note: ONLY return address labels fit pre-cut Avery labels (paid link). NONE of my other files are formatted to fit Avery templates/labels (other than full size sheets). You will need to print on full sheet sticker paper (paid link) (without any pre-cut stickers), cardstock, etc and cut them out by hand.

Craft Punches

You will need to use a 3/4 inch circle punch (paid link) to cut out the candy stickers and a 2 inch scallop punch (paid link) or 2 inch circle punch (paid link) to cut out cupcake toppers and favor tags.

Using a punch: hold the punch upside down so you can see the sticker/tag through the hole in the punch to make sure it’s lining up properly.

Water Bottle Label Instructions

Print on full sheet 8.5" x 11" sticker paper (paid link), brochure paper, photo paper, or cardstock. Cut out each label and wrap it around a bottle. Secure the ends with double-sided tape or glue (unless you used sticker paper).

** These are NOT formatted for pre-cut labels or templates.  Print on full-sheet labels and cut out each label.

Waterproofing Tips

  • If you will be submerging your drinks in ice, print onto 8.5" x 11" “weatherproof” sticker paper.
  • Or you can make your labels waterproof by covering them with clear contact paper (paid link) and then wrapping them around your bottles.
  • If your water bottles won’t get too wet, you can cover just the front side of the label with clear contact paper and leave a 1-2" border at the top and bottom to stick to the bottle and attach the label.
  • You can also use clear packing tape to waterproof your labels.

Cupcake Topper Instructions

Print on 8.5" x 11" card stock or photo paper and cut into columns. Use a 2" scallop punch or 2" circle punch to cut out each design. Glue or tape 4" lollipop sticks (paid link) to the back of each cut out design.

To cover the stick (optional): cut a blank white sticker out of sticker paper (the same size or smaller than the 2" cupcake topper design) to place over the stick.

To make it 2-sided (optional): glue the lollipop stick to the back of a cut-out topper design. Place a line of glue on the back of the stick and place a 2nd cut-out topper design on the glue.
